• Ipswich
• Morayfield

Mandatory requirements:

• Certificate III or higher in community services, disability or similar
• An Open Drivers License and Vehicle with Full Comprehensive Insurance
• A Current  First Aid and CPR Certificate
• NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate of Completed
• NDIS Worker Screening and Blue Card
